Who is responsible
Boba Ventures LLC operates the Meesmo brand and is responsible for the personal information described here. For GDPR purposes, Boba Ventures LLC is the controller. This notice covers meesmo.com and its account, quiz, community-comparison, and feedback features.

You can enjoy quizzes without registering. Account creation, saving a result, submitting feedback, and receiving marketing are separate choices.
What we use and why
We receive information you provide, basic account information from Google when you sign in, and technical information generated when you use the site. Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, these are our purposes and legal bases.

We do not collect payment details in this release. Do not include health information, identity documents, passwords, financial account numbers, or other sensitive information in feedback or support messages.
Optional personal and sensitive preferences
Political opinions and religious beliefs receive special protection under some laws. You can skip these questions, set their importance to off, or choose Match without politics or faith. The ordinary quiz and other comparison factors remain available.
Political preferences are compared with public aggregate election data in the open page. If you explicitly include faith, your selected tradition and area scores are sent to Meesmo for that request. Those sensitive answers are not included in your saved account profile. Clear the consent box or leave those topics out to stop further use. Older browser copies from previous versions can be cleared through account controls or browser site-data settings.
Saving a quiz does not automatically upload answers from other open quizzes. Each save control explains what it saves; personality assessments and non-sensitive community preferences can be saved separately to your account. External AI readings are disabled in this release. Your answers are not sent to an external AI model.
How results are produced
Quizzes use answers and scoring rules to generate entertainment results. Personality assessments use their stated questionnaire/scoring method. Community comparisons weigh selected factors against public area-level data. Results can be incomplete or wrong and do not describe every resident. Casual IQ-style games are not validated IQ measurements.
Meesmo does not make employment, housing, credit, insurance, or other eligibility decisions about you. We do not share your profile with employers, dating services, or partner websites in this release. Future profile connections will require a separate explanation and choice before sharing.
Browser storage and tracking
Sign-in uses necessary browser storage to keep your requested login session. Quiz answers and profile results are not written to browser storage. Guest answers stay only in the open page and are lost when it is closed or refreshed. To keep a result, create an account or sign in and choose to save it. Sign-in opens separately so the quiz can remain open; signing in alone does not save its answers.
This release has no advertising pixels or quiz-analytics SDK, and fonts are served by Meesmo. We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, use it for targeted advertising, or track you across unrelated websites. Providers may use necessary security technologies.
Because this release does not perform sale, advertising sharing, or cross-site tracking, Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals do not change those practices. There are no advertising cookies to opt into. If we add optional tracking, we will explain it and obtain any required prior consent.
Older versions of Meesmo offered browser profile saves. Those copies are not automatically uploaded or shown as your account profile. My account can clear those older copies on this browser. You can also use browser site-data settings. Blocking necessary storage can prevent sign-in or saving. Open pages, older copies on other browsers, shared files, and downloads are separate.
Feedback and email
Feedback sends only your message, optional reply email, and current page pathname, without URL queries or fragments. It does not attach quiz answers, saved profiles, or diagnostics. Signed-in submissions are linked to your account. Feedback is visible to Meesmo’s authorized operator, not other visitors.
Keep the reference returned after submission. To request removal of feedback sent while signed out, email help@bobaventures.com with that reference and details needed to identify it. We may verify the request without asking for unnecessary information.
Feedback and registration do not subscribe you to marketing. Marketing starts off and requires a separate unchecked opt-in. Withdraw in My account or contact us. Marketing messages will include a working unsubscribe option. Account/security messages may still be necessary to operate your account.
Providers and international processing
We use Cloudflare to deliver and protect the website, Supabase for authentication, database storage, and account/feedback functions, and Google for the sign-in you choose. Providers and authorized subprocessors may process information to supply these services. Google’s own account handling follows its privacy policy.
Boba Ventures LLC and Meesmo’s account database are in the United States. Providers may also process data in other countries where they operate, with different data-protection laws.
Published provider processing terms include international-transfer protections, including Standard Contractual Clauses and applicable UK provisions: Supabase’s Data Processing Addendum and Cloudflare’s Data Processing Addendum. Contact us for details of safeguards applicable to your data or a copy, subject to appropriate redactions. This notice does not ask you to waive transfer protections.
We may disclose limited information when legally required, to respond to valid legal process, or to protect people and the service. If business ownership changes, transfers of personal information remain subject to applicable law and notice requirements. We do not give unrelated businesses your profile for independent marketing.
Access, download, and permanent deletion
My Meesmo and the assessment pages let you review and manage saved profile sections. My account lets you download account data, manage an earlier Halloween save, change marketing preferences, clear older browser profiles, and permanently delete your account.
Permanent deletion removes the active Meesmo authentication account, saved profiles and online quiz answers/results, email preference and consent history, and feedback linked to the account. It revokes login sessions and clears Meesmo storage on the current browser. Recent sign-in and explicit confirmation are required. Creating an account again starts a new account without restoring deleted records.
Deletion does not delete your Google account. Other-device copies, downloads, email correspondence, and feedback submitted while signed out are separate; ask us about those when needed. Limited provider security/audit records and backups are not immediately erased by the account button. They remain restricted and expire under applicable retention schedules. Backups are for recovery, not routine profile use. If restored, deletion requests must be reapplied before restored records are used.
Information necessary for a legal obligation, dispute, or security investigation may need separate retention for that purpose. We will explain applicable exceptions when responding. We do not keep a hidden active profile after deletion.
Your privacy rights
Email help@bobaventures.com with “Privacy request” and the action you want. You may request access, correction, deletion, a portable copy, restriction, or objection to processing, and withdraw consent. Rights and exceptions depend on the law that applies. You may ask us to review or appeal a decision. Authorized agents may submit requests with appropriate authority.
For EEA/UK requests, we normally respond within one month. If an allowed extension is needed, we will explain it within that period. California and other US-state requests follow their applicable deadlines, generally 45 days for covered access/correction/deletion requests. We may request proportionate identity verification. We do not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
Where GDPR applies, you may object to processing based on legitimate interests and complain to your local data-protection authority. Withdrawal does not undo lawful prior processing. California residents may have additional rights to know categories and specific information collected, sources, purposes, and recipients, and to limit certain sensitive-information uses. These categories and purposes appear above. Sensitive preferences are used only for your requested comparison with explicit consent.
Find your EEA data-protection authority, contact the UK ICO, or contact the California Privacy Protection Agency.
Age, security, and changes
Meesmo is intended for people 16 and older. Do not create an account, submit feedback, or send sensitive preferences if under 16. We do not offer a parental-consent account system. If you believe a child’s information was submitted, contact us so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate.
We use HTTPS, authenticated controls, database access restrictions, limited operator access, and abuse controls. No service is completely secure. Report suspected issues to help@bobaventures.com without sending passwords or another person’s information. See our security information.
We update the effective date when this notice changes. Material changes will be highlighted on the site or communicated through an appropriate account notice. If a new purpose needs consent, we will ask before starting it.
